Basil-honey Dressing
1/2 cup basil leaves, firmly packed
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
salt, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a tall container and mix using an immersion blender.
Note: shake well before serving.
