- 2 small haggis
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 cup peas
- 6-8 pieces of pickled herring
- Place potatoes and haggis in a pot and fill pot to about 1/2 inch above with boiling water.
- Simmer on medium-low for about 45 minutes and then drain.
- Cook peas according to package directions.
- Place herring in a small bowl.
- Serve potatoes and peas with butter or margarine.
