Hi Dan
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to publish the sauce recipe alone because now you have me thinking that I could use the sauce for a variety of vegetarian dishes- maybe over hard boiled eggs, tofu or even with falafel.. great recipe..
Yes, it'd be great for felafel too, if you're not already putting prepared tehina on there. I hadn't thought about this sauce with shawarama until recently and it really, really worked.
ReplyDeleteI adore dill in a sauce... especially in Greek food!
ReplyDeletewow, that sounds like a great sauce and even a dip :)
ReplyDeleteI love dill. I remember walking out to my mom's garden just to get a whiff of it. I also agree it would be great for Falafal. I'm actually craving it now. ;)
ReplyDeleteI need some Magic sauce!! It does sound like a perfectly wonderful sauce...I may drizzle it on pretty much anything :D
